This policy introduces and accompanies the Freedom of Information Publication Scheme of the Tayside and Central Scotland Transport Partnership (tactran), as required by the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (“the Act”).
tactran will comply with the Act and sees it as an opportunity to build and maintain public trust and confidence in tactran. The Publication Scheme supports tactran’s policy to make public the facts and the analysis of the facts which tactran considers relevant and important in framing its policies, proposals and decisions.
